Adrian founded EBAS Group after 18 years in sales, consulting and recruitment. He works directly on senior and business-critical hires, focusing on leadership and GTM roles across the US market. He is passionate about delivering both great client and candidate experience.

Originally from Belgium, Eline began her recruiting career at Accenture in Buenos Aires before moving into executive search. With 11 years of experience across North America, LATAM and EMEA, she now brings deep expertise and a trusted network to executive and senior-level searches at EBAS Group.

With 16+ years in executive and professional search, Zaid specialises in the US market and high-growth startups. He has placed leaders across Product, Sales and Marketing, and is known for his sharp insight, warm approach and candidate-first mindset.

Glory (aka Gigi) leads operations at EBAS Group, bringing 10+ years in recruitment across both agency and in-house environments. She keeps the team's sourcing, delivery and day-to-day processes running, with a hands-on background hiring for senior GTM, Marketing and Product roles.

Lia specialises in recruiting marketing talent for US-based companies, supporting hires across demand generation, growth marketing, content and revenue teams. With a candidate-first mindset and strong relationship-building skills, she is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with high-growth organisations.

Jarrel brings five years of recruitment experience, including three supporting the US market. She manages sourcing, operations and content, and brings the same attention to detail she enjoys applying to model kits and cooking.
