How Bea went from a creator not wanting to be âsalesyâ to booking and closing 4 deals in 1 week at $7.5k after speaking to me for a couple of hours.
Goals
- A consistent lead generation system to book multiple qualified meetings per week with ideal potential clients in her control (and not controlled by the algorithm)
- Build a program and delivery mechanism that doesnât mean she has to do more time for money exchanges to build her business
- Actually want to do sales and not feel bad about it by having a process that feels morally right and that actually helps people
Obstacles
- âI was absolutely scared of sales and was convinced it was about manipulating othersâ
- She didnât realise that she was massively under monetizing herself with the limiting beliefs that she didnât realise she had
- Even with 20,000 followers and 300-1,000 likes per post and massive momentum, this was not leading to more sales meeting for revenue
Results
- âSomething unblocked in me and I realised the goal isnât to sell but to serve if you know you can really help themâ
- Booked and closed 4 deals the week after we first chatted closing $7.5k which was her biggest week ever. Has a complete sales and DM lead gen process that books consistent meetings without relying on the algorithm and luck, and doesnât feel âsalesyâ doing it
- Has a program that offers both group based and 1:1 so she can scale out her delivery system to accommodate more clients plus she raised her prices for her 1:1 time
What went downâŠ
Bea and I first met when I travelled to Bali in January this year and we caught up and went to dinner.
I remember how the conversation just flowed and we sat there chatting for a few hours.
Tbh it was so refreshing to chat to another creator in person â someone that knew what I was living through.
I remember we got onto the topic of sales and I asked a bit around her sales process.
She mentioned that sheâd worked with another big creator and theyâd given her DM tactics and how to run a sales meeting â but even then I could tell she wasnât closing as much revenue as she wanted.
She didnât know what she was missing. The classic âdonât know what you donât knowâ
So I started asking more questions and then started to get it.
There were a few problems
She wasnât having anywhere near enough conversations She didnât have the right mindset for selling She didnât have a structured system she could implement
After she went through everything I told her something she didnât expect âYou should be booming 10 meetings a week with your profileâ
I remember at this point I shattered a few beliefs she had.
I then spent the next hour walking her through exactly what she needed to do â in meticulous detail.
And tbh when she told me the results â how she booked and closed 4 deals at $7.5k the week after we chatted â I wasnât surprised.
I knew she was willing to put in the reps (itâs why I love working with creators) but she simply needed the system to execute.
Even though sheâd work with another LinkedIn sales trainer and was getting OK results â she needed much more to unlock and build the business she has today.
Since then Bea has also jumped in as a Content and Copywriting Coach in our program â and my clients have been loving working with her and have been getting some insane results (a few viral posts too)
Next steps
- Scale her own program so she can deliver more clients without taking the time
- Build her funnel system to move people though the pipeline without her doing anything
And Iâm soo pumped to see what she can achieve in the next 12-24 months. Itâs going to be insane.
